Ingredients (Serves 4)
1/4 cup soya sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2cm knob of peeled and minced root ginger
8 Regal Salmon Kebabs - Original
Coriander leaves
Method
1. Mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil and ginger then brush onto the salmon kebabs until they are well coated.
2. Marinate refrigerated for half an hour.
3. Grill on moderate to high in the oven for approx 2-3 minutes on each side.
4. Serve with a sprinkle of freshly chopped coriander leaves.
