Ingredients
800 gram fresh Regal Salmon Fillet
2 teaspoons mixed wasabi
3 tablespoons soy sauce
Pickled ginger
Method
1. Cut salmon fillet into four pieces, removing skin if wished.
2. Mix wasabi and soy sauce together.
3. Spread half over one side of each salmon piece.
4. Grill salmon for 2 minutes.
5. Turn and spread remaining wasabi mixture over salmon. Grill for 2 minutes or until salmon is almost cooked through.
6. Serve with pickled ginger.
