Ingredients (Serves: 4)
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon grated orange rind
3 tablespoons orange juice
4 fresh Regal Salmon Steaks
8 slices orange
Orange Honey Sauce
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon grated orange rind
1 teaspoon prepared Dijon mustard
Method
1. Mix the honey, orange rind and orange juice together.
2. Place the salmon steaks in an ovenproof dish and lay two orange slices on each steak.
3. Spread honey mixture over and bake salmon at 200C for 10 to 15 minutes or until just cooked.
4. Serve hot with Orange Honey Sauce.
Orange honey sauce
1. Mix second measure of orange juice, honey, orange rind and mustard together in a saucepan.
2. Bring to the boil and serve over salmon.
