Regal Wood Roasted Salmon on Cucumber Slices

Ingredients

  • 2 Lebanese or 1 telegraph cucumber, cut into 5mm slices
  • 200g Regal Wood Roasted Hungarian Salmon, flaked
  • 1/2 cup aioli or mayonnaise
  • chopped chives

Method

  1. Top each cucumber slice with a piece of salmon.  Add a dollop of aioli or mayonnaise and garnish with the chopped chives.
