Regal Smoked Salmon Naan Wraps

Ingredients

  • 2 square sheets Naan bread, cut in half lengthways
  • ½ cup Basil pesto
  • 2 pkts Regal Cold Smoked Salmon
  • 1pkt Goats feta, crumbled
  • 1 Avocado, peeled & cut into fingers

Method

  1. Lay two sheets of clingfilm on the bench, place down the naan sheet, spread a tin layer of basil pesto.
  2. Lay down a few slices of smoked salmon, leaving gap at the top of the bread. At the closest edge to you, run a line of avocado fingers and goats feta, roll up into a tight roll or roulade. Roll up in the cling film, tying a knot at each end and refrigerate until required. Remove cling film and cut into rounds for a fingerfood.
