Regal Smoked Salmon Grissini with Dill Cream

Ingredients

  • 250g cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped dill
  • 1 teaspoon wholegrain mustard
  • 200g Regal Cold Smoked Salmon
  • 20 grissini (Italian bread sticks)

Method

  1. Mix the cream cheese, dill and mustard to a smooth, firm paste. Cut the salmon into long strips and spread one side with dill cream. Wrap each strip of salmon around a bread stick and chill for a few minutes to set.
