Regal Salmon Pastrami & Camembert Toasted Crostini

Ingredients

  • 12 x 1 cm slices baguette
  • Oil spray
  • 2 tablespoons pizza sauce
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons cranberry sauce
  • 200g Regal Pastrami Slices
  • 150 g Camembert cheese, cut into 12 wedges
  • Italian parsley sprigs to garnish

Method

  1. Lightly spray each baguette slice with oil spray and toast on both sides
  2. Lightly spread each slice with pizza sauce.
  3. Add cranberry sauce to taste.
  4. Fold the Salmon pastrami into half, crusted side up, and place onto the baguette.
  5. Add a wedge of Camembert to each baguette and lightly grill until the cheese is just melting.Garnish with Italian parsley sprigs and serve immediately.
