Lance's Regal Salmon Fillets with an Asian Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 x120g salmon fillet
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp white wine, preferably
  • 1 ½ teaspoons crushed ginger
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • Slivered almond (optional)

Method

  1. Put all together the Worcestershire sauce, wine, ginger and honey into a frying pan and cook over a medium heat until the honey is melted
  2. Add the salmon fillet and cook for 2 minutes on each side. Remove the salmon and keep warm in the oven. Continue to cook the sauce until syrupy.
  3. To serve drizzle the salmon with the sauce and sprinkle some almonds for decoration
  4. Serve with rice, or orzo or noodle and steam vegetables
