Regal Cold Smoked Salmon Slices
After curing in a dry salt and sugar, the salmon fillets are smoked at a low temperature in natural wood smoke. The salmon is then cut into slices, which are ideal for delicate finger foods and canapés, where taste, texture and visual impact are important.

Regal Smoked Salmon Pastrami
Salmon for the Regal Pastrami is harvested fresh from our own farms and undergoes curing in a brine of salt and water. The salmon fillets are then smoked at a low temperature in natural woodsmoke and crusted with a traditional Pastrami pepper mix. The salmon pastrami is then sliced into thin, translucent slices, which are ideal for delicate finger foods and canapés, where taste, texture and visual impact are important.
