Cold Smoked Cajun Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of medium grain rice
  • ½ cup of Finely chopped vegetables - carrots, celery or green pepper, whole kernel corn
  • Chopped parsley
  • Cajun spices to taste 200g Regal Cold Smoke Salmon Slices

Method

  1. Cook the rice and cool to room temperature
  2. Mix with vegetables and rice together
  3. Place salmon slices out flat to make a big sheet - each slice over lapping
  4. Spread rice and vegetables mixture on salmon sheet and roll up
  5. Hold together with toothpicks and cut into 7mm lengths
